Memorable day today!
First of all, winning - which was by no means certain after fifteen minutes when a scoreline of 8 to 7 in arrears was on the board and even at half time, only slightly ahead at 12 to 8 - but eventually a healthy if not entirely comfortable final score of 43 to 8 against a Llangwm side who never stopped trying, was very acceptable, but even more significant for the visitors - a debut try after four seasons for twenty three year old Aled Thomas and for Rob Frame, a first league score as well.
A good all round performance from the Saints with outstanding displays from Shane Morgan with two tries and a conversion, Tom Windsor who deserved a try from his never say die committment, Jonathon Gostling with an impressive tackling and cutting edge attacking display topped off with an impressive try under the posts, substituting for an equally impressive Mathew Lewis, forced to leave the field after twenty minutes with a hamstring injury.
