This year’s St Clears Rugby Festival will be held on Sunday April 23rd 2017. We appreciate that your club can join us. Please note that the entry fee this year is £25 per team and clubs should forward by 20th February (one cheque preferably rom each club) payment payable to St Clears RFC Juniors to G Williams, Glan Nant, Pontyfenni, Whitland, SA34 0LS (see separate club registration form).

As in previous years entries allocated on a first entered basis and if oversubscribed, added to reserve list. Non-payment of entry fee(s) will result in reserve teams(s) being offered place at festival.

Registration:

U7s U8s U9s

Please register all competing teams on arrival at the festival. Registration will be open from 9am. Please ensure you arrive in good time to register your team (s) during the registration period. Matches will kick off from 10am (coach briefing 9.45am). Games will be 10 minutes per match no half time. U7s & U8s (7 a side), U9s (10 a side).

There will be 2 pools of 4 (eight team per age group), played in a round robin format, with a further pool stage which enables all teams to play 6 games at the festival. Last matches will be completed by 1pm with presentation of medals for all participants by 1.30pm close.

U10s U11s & U12s

Please register all competing teams on arrival at the festival. Registration will be open from 1pm. Please ensure you arrive in good time to register your team (s) during the registration period. Matches will kick off from 2pm onwards (coach briefing 1.45pm).

Games will be 10 minutes with no half time – 10 a side. There will be 2 pools of 4 (eight team per age group), played in a round robin format, with a further pool stage which enables all teams to play 6 games at the festival. Last matches will be completed by approximately 5pm with presentation of medals for all participants thereafter. Please note U12s will be one group of 6, games played on 3/4 size

The WRU Code of Conduct and Pathway Laws and Guidelines apply to all Players, Parents, Supporters and Officials. Please respect this and abide by this.

Children u16 (whether they are players or not will be allowed free entry). All other adults (including coaches) will be charged an entrance fee of £3.
