Winning Div 3 and being team manager to a great team. 
Proud dad moment Cai played for Carmarthen schools rugby and won the plate on 7’s tournament

-Favourite thing about Rugby: 
The banter and the drinking on a Saturday. And Definitely naked bus on the way home, especially being in the middle of Gareth jones and Mike jones. Fair to say, I shit myself 😂

Formula One & Football

Win silverware with  u15’s Youth & Seniors.

-When you're not playing rugby, what do you do: 
Spend time with family, and drive Cai to football and rugby.  

-Who is the person you admire most & why:
Sophie Jones, my niece. The last two years have been extremely difficult for her, but some how she battles on with a smile on her face and a great attitude.

-If you had a super power, what would it be: 
To grow to be 6 foot 😂
